Dr. Wu is currently a Medical Officer at the Center for Diagnostics and Vaccine Development of the Taiwan Centers for Disease Control (Taiwan CDC). In this role, she is responsible for laboratory surveillance, outbreak investigations, research programs, policy planning, and public health communication.
Before her current position, Dr. Wu served as a Medical Officer at the Taipei Regional Center, the Northern Regional Center, and the Office of Preventive Medicine at Taiwan CDC from 2017 to 2023. Prior to joining Taiwan CDC, she was a pediatric cardiologist at Taipei City Hospital. She completed her pediatric residency and pediatric cardiology fellowship at National Taiwan University Hospital.
Dr. Wu obtained her Doctor of Medicine degree from Kaohsiung Medical University and a Master's degree in Clinical Medicine from National Taiwan University.
